Completed in less than 12 months, the facility produces 1.8 million pounds of produce annually in 62,500 square feet of grow space. The facility is built along an existing 40,000-square-foot pilot facility. Phase two will include a $31 million expansion plan with an additional 125,000 square feet of grow space and employ an additional 50 workers. The phase will triple total production to over five million pounds a year.
