Dallas investor SPI Advisory purchased the Cortland Good Latimer apartments near downtown Dallas' Farmers Market.Dallas was crowned No. 1 in best downtown living, leading the country in luxury apartments, living amenities and spacious floor plans, according to a new study.

Cost of living included income percentage spent on rent as well as the cost of groceries.
StorageCafe also looked at cities’ self-storage capacity, used by many apartment occupants to maximize their living space. Dallas also rankedAdditional metrics used in the study included safety, public electric vehicle chargers, entertainment opportunities and education levels among the adult population.
