He is best-known for playing the character of young Sioux tribe member Smiles A Lot in the iconic 1990 western movie which starred Kevin Costner. Court records indicate he is suspected in relation to sex trafficking, sexual assault of a child younger than 16 and child abuse. Chasing Horse is claimed to be the leader of a cult called The Circle, said the search warrant obtained by AP.
