Emily Barker, a beloved dancer from Dancing With The Stars, has made the permanent move to Ireland with her boyfriend, Olly Ashton. This decision comes after Emily's successful run on the show between 2017 and 2023, where she won the glitterball trophy with Carl Mullan. She is now focused on her personal training business, Mad Hot Fit, which has a large client base in Ireland.

Dancing With The Stars favourite Emily Barker has relocated to Ireland with her boyfriend Olly Ashton . The professional dancer, who graced the hit RTE show between 2017 and 2023, has made the permanent move from England and is now based in Ireland full-time. Since departing Dancing With The Stars , Emily has channeled her energy into her personal training business, Mad Hot Fit .

The majority of her clients reside in Ireland rather than the UK, prompting her and Olly to make the full-time transition. 'WE HAVE MOVED TO IRELAND,' Emily announced on social media earlier this month. 'Our whole business is based in Ireland, so it makes sense for us to be there. We just felt for us to be able to give our business 100% energy, we need to physically be there.' Emily is no stranger to Dublin, having called it home during her time on the popular dance show. However, the British beauty is now embracing life in the tranquil countryside. Sharing glimpses of her newfound life, Emily posted on Instagram: 'Just us being country bumpkins on our first week living in Ireland.' Besides running Mad Hot Fit, Emily and Olly are enjoying plenty of walks on the beach with their two dogs and cozy evenings by the fire in their new abode. Emily bid farewell to Dancing With The Stars in 2023 after securing the coveted glitterball trophy with Carl Mullan. Prior to Carl, she partnered with prominent figures such as Hughie Maughan, Rob Heffernan, Johnny Ward, Aidan Fogarty, and Aengus Mac Grianna. Reflecting on her decision to leave the show, Emily shared with RSVP Live at the time, 'It was the right time for me. I finished on a high after winning the show with Carl Mullan. I had six really amazing seasons on Dancing with the Stars, but now my business is really taking off. 'I think I was ready to take that step and try new things and be able to delve into other opportunities that I wasn't 100 percent able to commit to before. The show was always very demanding. 'For me, it never felt monotonous and it wasn't like I was bored. Every year, I went into it thinking it was a challenge and there was always something new. 'The main goal, for me, was always to win the show and I have achieved that. As a result, I want to go on and achieve something new in a different area of my life.
