The 38-year-old revealed how Barry stepped in to fill the void left by his estranged father, Alan, whom he has not seen since he left the family almost two decades ago. Jones shared the emotional impact of his father's absence, especially during his teenage years, and how it led him to seek counseling to deal with anxiety.
