Darryn Binder: I tried every map, I was on the Game Boy! Full story 👉 MotoGP
“One of the strong points this year has definitely been my opening laps. I had a nice start and got in amongst a nice group, the pace was pretty good at the beginning. I felt quite comfortable,” Binder said.
“But I've learned quite a bit and I can explain to the guys where we need to work on with the used tyre. I'm glad that I saw the flag . I needed to finish the race and get a starting point for the second-half of the season. And… at least I wasn't last!” “I’m getting more used to playing with the buttons and stuff [during the race], just maybe we could work a bit more during the weekend to get those things fine-tuned to be a more consistent throughout the race.”Binder, who remains third out of five in the rookie of the year standings, now heads to the Red Bull Ring for this weekend’s Austrian MotoGP.
