Controversial collapsed company is due in court next year
A lawsuit taken by a liquidator against directors of a collapsed abattoir business that was allegedly the subject of a siege has been allocated a three-week trial date next year.
Donegal-based Edenmore Farm Meats, which ceased trading in 2016, has been in the process of being wound up by a liquidator up after a group of farmers successfully petitioned the High Court in 2020.
