The former “Spice Girls” singer, 48, shared a series snaps of the soccer star, as they spent the day on the beach with their kids. David received even more love from his fashion designer wife, who also posted a sweet tribute alongside several pics with their kids Brooklyn, 23, Romeo, 19, Cruz, 17, and Harper, 10.
