The presenter has shut down speculation that she could take over from current Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, after stepping in to cover on Heart FM while she jetted off on holiday
Davina McCall has ruled out replacing Amanda Holden on Britain's Got Talent following reports of a shake-up for the ITV talent show.
Although Amanda's spot on the judging panel seems to be safe, fellow judge Bruno Tonioli reportedly had to defend his role on the show, after rumours of him being axed started to circulate. An insider told The Sun : "Once it became clear auditions were starting in October, as opposed to January as per the previous 17 series, it became clear Bruno may not be able to take part." They added: "He's committed to the US, but the new format for BGT is non-negotiable because the show will effectively be replacing Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway."
