The former Whites sporting director has lift the lid on his Elland Road tenure once more
Former Leeds United sporting director Victor Orta has heaped praise on ex-Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa for making him better during his time at Elland Road. The current Sevilla sporting director says Bielsa's demands helped increase his working level during their stint at Leeds United.
"To be honest for me it was really good because he increases your level," Orta told the Mirror when asked about working with Bielsa on a day-to-day basis. "I want to have people near me that always try to increase to make you a better person because you grow."I am not scared about that. I prefer people to be on a daily basis demanding, and Bielsa, you always have to give him your best person professionally.
