Most northeast counties have near zero visibility and whiteout conditions from blowing snow
The Front Range will see less snow than the plains, but the snow that does fall could impact the morning commute, according to forecasters at the National Weather Service in Boulder.
Denver will reach a high of 33 degrees Tuesday, with wind gusts up to 28 mph, and will stay cloudy even after the snow stops. The low Tuesday night will be 22 degrees. The snow will gradually diminish across the lower elevations by late afternoon. Lingering showers, mainly over the northeast plains, could continue through early evening.
The mountains are also getting heavy snow through Tuesday into Wednesday, and high winds could persist there as well.Related Articles
