Deputies say driver of van tried to lure teen bicyclist in Santee [Breaking]
Sheriff’s deputies were investigating an incident in which a 16-year-old boy said a driver followed him for several blocks through Santee and tried to lure him into his van, officials said.
The boy first noticed a van following him on Town Center Parkway just west of Cuyamaca Street, Gonzales said in a news release. He said the van’s driver was motioning for him to go over to the van.
