Design Week Dublin 2026 brings together top Irish and international architects, interior designers, and fashion designers for a series of engaging talks, round tables, and fashion conversations. The event opens with Jasper Conran discussing his career and latest hotel projects, followed by appearances from Vivienne Westwood, Emma O'Neill, and renowned architectural duo Sheila O'Donnell and John Tuomey. The programme includes satellite events and ample networking opportunities, set in the stylish context of Dublin's Grand Canal area and beyond.
Bringing together leading Irish and international architects, interior designers, and fashion design ers for Design Talks, Design Round Tables, and Fashion Conversations, both in the Grand Canal area and in satellite events across city studios and showrooms.
THE GLOSS partners with DWD; follow the events and highlights on our and platforms. The programme opens on September 16 at the Malt House with a Design Talk by Jasper Conran, who discusses his career in fashion, interiors, and hospitality, from his design-stepped upbringing to his latest Moroccan hotel projects. Vivienne Westwood will participate in a Fashion Conversation about her architectural fashion approach, her iconic Magic trousers, and her unique home.
A Design Round Table features a panel of Irish designers including Geri O'Toole and Susan McGowan, while Emma O'Neill hosts a talk on Studio Sofield's work with clients like Tom Ford and Yves Saint Laurent. Another Fashion Conversation includes designers from AndTate and The Landskein, followed by a garden design talk. The final day features a conversation with architects Sheila O'Donnell and John Tuomey on projects like V&A East and Sadler's Wells.
