Sean 'Diddy' Combs is said to be receiving the same treatment as any other inmate while he awaits trial in one of America's most notoriously tough prisons
The well-known rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs is reportedly getting no special privileges as he faces charges while incarcerated in one of the USA's most infamous prisons.
A source disclosed to People magazine how Diddy is being treated, saying: "He is being treated like any other detainee awaiting trial." They also mentioned that the star was "placed on suicide watch upon admittance to the facility as a precaution" as per protocol for high-profile inmates.
Attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny R Geragos, representing Combs, described the Brooklyn prison as "not fit for pre-trial detention" in a rejected bail proposal and condemned its conditions as "horrific". Federal agents swooped on Combs' pads in Miami and Los Angeles back in March, with the charges he's now facing following a spate of lawsuits lobbed at him over the past year, all alleging sexual misconduct.
