Diet soft drinks are no better for your health than their sugary counterpart, new study suggests
The researchers analysed data on 1.2 million adults from 14 studies. Found those who consumed sweetened drinks were more likely to die young. Risk of dying increased with each additional 250ml of sweetened drink a day.
