A popular village pub near Lincoln has launched its new summer menu, with bright and unique dishes as well as a few old favourites to choose from.
A new management team recently came into The Bottle & Glass, with General Manager Nicole Couper and Head Chef Robbie Bell making the journey down from Glasgow to rural Lincolnshire for the opportunity to run this well-respected pub. Options across the main courses are plenty, whether it be a choice of burgers and steaks, or perhaps the more exotic Thai Green sea bass; or maybe even a vegetarian/vegan choice with the pickled pepper and tomato linguine or miso grilled aubergine.
A lunchtime set menu has been included in the summer shakeup, offering two courses for £20 or three for £25 - with a selection of the restaurant's finest dishes to choose from.
