Disney World annual passholders can visit after 2 p.m. without a theme park reservation beginning in a few months.
The Magic Kingdom will still require passholder reservations on Saturdays and Sundays. Blockout dates for individual annual passes will continue to apply.
Disneyland is not dropping Magic Key annual passholder reservation restrictions like its Florida sister parks at Walt Disney World. Operations and offerings may vary at times between the Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort because each destination is unique and guest visits and experiences are different at each resort, according to Disneyland officials.Traditionally, Disneyland draws locals, annual passholders and travelers on extended weekend getaways while Disney World attracts resort vacationers on weeklong stays.
The new Disney World rules allow annual passholders to enter the parks without reservations once parkhopping begins at 2 p.m. each day at the four Florida parks.would be moved up from 1 p.m. to 11 a.m. each day starting on Feb. 4.
