A DJ who performed in Glasgow before the deaths of two teens has released a statement.

He said:"With the heaviest of hearts I am writing this.

He was taken to University Hospital Monklands in Airdrie where he was pronounced dead a short time later. He was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.Chief Superintendent Mark Sutherland, Divisional Commander for Greater Glasgow, said:"Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of the two men who have lost their lives.

"However, enquiries remain ongoing and although we are investigating both deaths as drug-related at this time, there is no evidence to suggest there is a connection between these deaths.
