TOILET seats are widely perceived as the ideal playground for germs, but nowhere are they more feared than in a public setting. The real risk, however, may be in how we go to the loo. Hovering over a toilet to avoid contact with germs, may do more harm to your health, according to experts.
Stephanie Bobinger, an expert from the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Centre explained at the time: “Pelvic floor dysfunction can include muscle weakness, over-activity and discoordination.
