Dog walkers in Dublin are being warned to watch out for a scam where a man pretends to be a dog warden and dishes out on-the-spot fines.
The man would then issue them with a €20 euro on-the-spot fine if their dog was off the lead - but it's all an elaborate scam as he is not working for the council at all, Dublin Live reports.
