Dancing on Ice star The Vivienne left emotional after performing without drag 'armour'
Speaking about the decision to perform without The Vivienne, James said it was the most open they had ever been."Drag is like my armour and superhero cape, which makes James invincible as The Vivienne," they said. The pair delivered a strong performance, scoring a personal best of 33.5 despite a couple of slips and near-misses while skating.
While chatting to host Holly Willoughby about the work which went into the routine, James also revealed they had suffered a popped shoulder and stomach upset earlier in the day, which put the performance at risk."I had diarrhoea," they said in a TMI confession before adding:"You nearly had a slush puppy!"
