Dominic Calvert-Lewin admits he is aiming to become Everton's all-time top scorer in the Premier League as he reflected on reaching the 50-goal mark in Sunday's victory at West Ham.
The 26-year-old combined well with Jack Harrison early in the second half before finding his feet and lasering his effort past Alphonse Areola into the bottom corner. In doing so, Calvert-Lewin became only the fourth Everton player in history - behind Duncan Ferguson, Tim Cahil and Romelu Lukaku - to score 50 goals in the Premier League.
"One of the lads said to me on the coach, on the way to the game, that I was one off 50," said Calvert-Lewin, who now has six goals against West Ham United in his career. "Great milestone. I'm in good company at the football club and I'm aiming to take the other three out."
