🔴 Dominic Raab bullying probe grows with a third formal complaint, No 10 says The Deputy PM was already the subject of an independent investigation into his conduct relating to two complaints submitted last week.

The investigation into bullying allegations against Dominic Raab has been expanded to include a third complaint, Downing Street has said.into his conduct relating to two complaints submitted last week.

After launching the probe, which will be headed by employment law specialist Adam Tolley KC, No 10 indicated that it could be expanded to include other complaints as more claims about Mr Raab’s time as foreign secretary andA third formal complaint has now been submitted, relating to Mr Raab’s time as Brexit secretary between July and November 2018.

A No 10 spokeswoman said: “I can confirm that the Prime Minister has now asked the investigator to add a further formal complaint relating to conduct at the Department for Exiting the European Union and to establish the facts in line with the existing terms of reference.”She said the Prime Minister retains confidence in his deputy.

On Thursday, Mr Raab defended himself against allegations of bullying and using his personal email for government business as Rishi Sunak continued to back his embattled deputy.
