The sheriff's office shared a photo the man posted on social media of him standing on top of a car with his middle finger in the air and a caption that says,"We gon turn up in any city."Next to the photo, BCSO shared a photo of the man's car being taken away by a tow truck. "Pinky had his car impounded during a street race," the BCSO post read."Pinky in fact did not “turn up” in San Antonio. Don’t be like Pinky."
