Donald Trump has been found guilty of falsifying documents to hide payments that he made to former adult actress Stormy Daniels.
Donald Trump has been found guilty on all counts of falsifying business records after so-called hush money payments were made to former porn star Stormy Daniels.
The jury concluded Trump falsified the records to conceal payments to the former porn star in exchange for her silence during his successful 2016 campaign for US President. Sentencing will take place on July 11th and the judge has the option of sending the former President to jail.All charges were class E felonies - the lowest category of felony in New York State - but each carries the possibility of four years behind bars.'Mother Teresa could not beat these charges'“Listening to the charges from the judge - as you know very conflicted and corrupt because of the confliction, very, very corrupt,” he lamented.
