Donald Trump is expected to surrender himself to authorities after being indicted on criminal charges related to alleged hush money paid to an adult film actress.
Mr Pecker is the National Enquirer's former publisher and a long-time friend of Trump's.
The Enquirer's owner at the time, American Media Inc, then agreed to pay Ms McDougal $150,000 for"limited life rights" to the story of her alleged relationship with the former president. Trump is just the latest big name to turn to Mr Tacopina, whose past clients have included the rappers Meek Mill, Jay-Z and A$AP Rocky and baseball great Alex Rodriguez.
