The Ireland's Fittest Family presenter and former Munster and Ireland rugby star paid tribute to his long-standing wife Jenny on her birthday by sharing a recent holiday snap

His 2fm co-presenter Carl Mullan was also quick to share his well wishes on Instagram. He said: "Happy Birthday Saint Jenny." Fans of the former Ireland and Munster rugby player also chimed in with some lovely comments. One person said: "Happy Jenny Day . Have a great day do nothing. Be spoilt."One more said: "Happy birthday @jennyocallaghan4 hope you have a good one."Donncha and Jenny have four children together - Sophie , Anna , Robin and Jake , and he is the "breadwinner" with his jobs as a radio presenter and rugby pundit.
He told the RTÉ Guide recently: "Professional rugby is incredibly selfish when you're in it. It takes a bit of time to unwrap that mindset where you think of yourself first and everyone else afterwards. "I was happy to step away from that side of the game. I'd rather be known as a great dad than a great rugby player."
