, a 20,000-square-foot food hall at 712 Main St. in downtown’s Jones on Main, signed several new restaurants, according to Miranda Cartwright, general manager of property operations at Midway. The historic Jones on Main office campus is owned by Lionstone Investments and managed by Midway., a fast-casual BBQ restaurant specializing in smoked meats, vegetables and sides. Menu items include 48-hour brined smoked chicken wings, a jumbo turkey leg and the Smokey Bowl as a vegan option.
The restaurants join other independently operated establishments at Finn Hall, including Craft Burger, Papalo Taqueria, Pizza Zquare, Maui Bento, Greenway Coffee, Shallow’s Nest and Cranky Carrot Juice Co., a venture of Pasadena-based Dena Baughman, will open a 3,053-square-foot café with a patio Baybrook Passage Shopping Center, at 19435 W. Bay Area Blvd. in Webster.
The decor at Water Oak Café & Bakery incorporates a Southern chic scheme. Owner Dena Baughman worked with interior designer Kim Lewis on the design. Opening is planned in April 2023 in Webster's Baybrook Passage Shopping Center.has a new store at La Centerra at Cinco Ranch in Katy. The location, featuring artwork by London-based illustrator Anna Broadhurst, represents the eye care retailer’s 18th store in Texas.leased 2,510 square feet in 6 BLVD Place at 1800 Post Oak Blvd.
