Zeus Group, the packaging business, has acquired James Hamilton Group, a Northern Irish-based print and packaging business, for an undisclosed sum.
The Irish-owned firm, which was established 25 years ago, has acquired a number of other businesses over the past 18 months. Zeus Group’s annualised revenues are expected to exceed €490 million following the acquisition of James Hamilton Group.
