The Dublin GAA star explained that she is now able to be more free with her time and be more present with her family and partner.
“Playing intercounty sports, you also tend to be a bit selfish with your time, in terms of not being able to go to family events or give time to your partners. The GAA star credits the ability to open up to her team and those surrounding them in helping her deal with the stress of the game.
