"Especially after Covid, I had developed some bad eating habits and I wasn't exercising and I had gotten a bit lazy. It spiralled out of control in the last year or so and I was at my heaviest around Christmas 2022." "I didn't calorie count because I always felt like that was restricting myself and constantly looking at numbers," he said. "I started off slowly, doing more walking and I was just more aware of the food I was eating and the calories that were in them - but I didn't want to feel like I was on a diet. I was making sure I had a good protein intake and I was eating good carbs.
