Sarah Jane has shown that a weight loss journey isn't always linear, and even though she has had some ups and downs she is happy and healthy now at over five stone down
Sarah Jane Reddin Creaven had said losing weight was the best decision she could have made for herself.She opted for weight loss surgery but suffered some complications down the road - however now, she is happy and healthy.
Speaking to RSVP Live, she said: "I was always sort of overweight. After getting married and divorced young, I put on more weight. I decided for my 30th birthday I would do something for me. "Then I did lose five stone after I gave birth and lost weight after being pregnant with my daughter as well." "I just wish I had had the gastric bypass in the first place because it would have been more successful in the long run," she said."The difference is unbelievable," she said. "When my weight was high, I didn't want to go out, I just stayed at home. I became depressed, like a hermit really."
