Security gates have been rammed outside several Irish government and state-owned buildings in Dublin.

According to RTÉ, the man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and he is "known to gardaí for drug-related and other offences".PA/Cate McCurryGates at the near-by Office of the Attorney General were taken off their hinges and had to be removed.
