A ‘Welfare Area’ will be set up in Dublin city centre providing essential support on key Christmas party dates.
Dublin City Council have announced the Welfare Area will be set up on Fosters Place, College Green, with trained medics and security staff on hand.Advertisement
“The pilot of the Welfare Area is a vital part of our efforts to create a safer, more enjoyable night-time experience in Dublin,” Dublin’s Night-Time Economy Advisor Ray O'Donoghue said.
