Aoife is now using her experience of shedding a whopping six stone to help others who want to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle - she has shared her journey
Aoife Mooney had struggled with her weight for some time, turning to a number of different diets in an effort to shed the excess pounds. As a busy mum of two, she had fallen into unhealthy eating habits and struggled to run around after them.

I wanted to be healthier for them and be able to run around after them and play in the playground with them. At the time, I couldn't do that."
"It's a generous plan," Aoife explained. "It's not a fad diet. You can eat normally and eat your usual meals. There was no difference in what I was cooking for myself and the girls, which made it family friendly. I wasn't going to be making different dinners for everybody. I'm not a restaurant!" After having such success, Aoife has decided to become a consultant and launched her own Slimming World group this month.
