A 34-year-old man, identified as Wilfredo Chun of Everett, was arrested for motor vehicle violations, including operating under the influence, the Chelsea Police Department said.

The driver of a dump truck that was involved in a crash on Tuesday night in Chelsea, Massachusetts, was arrested in the aftermath of the crash for a number of violations, including operating under the influence, according to police. Tuesday night, Chelsea police said the immediate area was closed to traffic following the crash that occurred on Everett Avenue at Third Street. The Beacon Street off ramp was also shut down. Any traffic coming from Chestnut Street towards Everett Avenue had to take a right onto Everett. Third Street was closed at Broadway.
