SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. — A dump truck with a trailer was involved in a crash with several vehicles near State Route 9 in Skagit County Wednesday morning.
The truck appeared to have went off the road and into a yard. A passenger truck that may have been struck by the dump truck hit then hit what appeared to be a residential garage or outbuilding.The car overturned.
