Dwayne Johnson and more remember director killed in Alec Baldwin set incident
The 42-year-old, who was the film's director of photography, was accidentally shot when actor Alec Baldwin fired a prop weapon on set. She was taken by helicopter to University of New Mexico Hospital and was pronounced dead, according to police.
The accident also injured the movie's director Joel Souza, 48, who is receiving treatment at Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center.Fred Hayes / Getty Images Following the incident, many members of the Hollywood community took to social media to post tributes to Hutchins, including Dwayne Johnson, who commented on the 42-year-old‘s last Instagram post.Dwayne Johnson posted a tribute on Hutchins' Instagram page.."Absolutely horrifying and devastating news about cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins. My heart goes out to her family," he wrote.
