Dancing with the Stars' Matthew MacNabb has lifted the lid on his romantic proposal to professional dancer Laura Nolan.

It’s not that I was afraid of her saying no, it was because this was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of event and I wanted to make it the perfect memory!"
Matthew proposed with a dazzling engagement ring, complete with a large oval shaped diamond. He revealed it was custom made, following a "few hints" from his other half, and the process of making it started back in July.
