2024 will mark the 50th anniversary of the Paris-based organisation that provides recommendations to shape global energy policies.
GREEN PARTY LEADER and Environment Minister Eamon Ryan has been elected as co-chair of the International Energy Agency for 2024.
In recent years, the IEA has opened to major emerging countries in an effort to expand its global impact. The IEA Ministerial takes place every two years to set the Agency’s mandate and review its achievements.
