Former This Morning hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford revealed today that their marriage is over and they are 'in the process of divorcing'. This afternoon, he broke his silence.
Eamonn Holmes has broken his silence for the first time since it was announced he and wife Ruth Langsford have split after 14 years of marriage.
A spokesperson told The Sun: "Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing.” The GB News host, who is a lifelong fan of Manchester United, broke his silence to comment on the result of this afternoon's FA Cup final, in which his team beat local rivals Manchester City 2-1.He wrote: "My God , what a Cup Final , what a Result ! #MUFC European football next season too . The Magic of The Cup. Congratulations to the whole squad."
Eamonn and Ruth, who began co-hosting This Morning together in 2006, married at Elvetham Hall in Hampshire in 2010.
