Eamonn Holmes shares scathing response to Phillip Schofield's affair statement philipschofield
Eamonn Holmes has issued a scathing response to Phillip Schofield's statement admitting that he had an affair with a young male colleague on This Morning, whilst still married to his estranged wife, Stephanie Lowe.
In his statement Phillip said that he met the man in question "when he was a teenager", and wanted help to get onto television. "The relationships we have with those we work with are based on trust. Philip made assurances to us which he now acknowledges were untrue and we feel badly let down.
