After nearly 12 years playing Abi Branning through the good, the bad and the ugly, Lorna has continued to act since leaving the soap and even made her stage debut
EastEnders fans were always conflicted about whether they should love or hate Albert Square’s Abi Branning.
Childhood Lorna was born on 17 April 1996, making her 28 years old. She is originally from Northampton in England. She is one of three children in her family, with two older sisters. Abi died on the show after she and her sister Lauren fell from the roof of The Queen Victoria public house on Christmas Day 2017. Abi was pregnant at the time and was declared brainstem dead, with her daughter, also named Abi, being delivered via caesarean section.
