Royale Union Saint-Gilloise are part of Liverpool's Europa League group and are claimed to be targeting a marquee move for a free agent
Royale Union Saint-Gilloise are reportedly looking to land a major marquee signing ahead of their clash with Liverpool.
Their success in recent years is connected to investment from Brighton owner Tony Bloom. Union SG’s rise will be familiar to one player in the Liverpool squad, Alexis Mac Allister, whose brother Kevin joined the club this summer. Their squad also includes a trio of Englishmen, who have played for Swansea City, Portsmouth and Accrington Stanley, respectively
That’s according to Spanish outlet AS, who claim that the club are ‘interested’ in signing the former Chelsea talisman and reviving his career. Since completing his £89m move to Real Madrid in 2019, Hazard has struggled for fitness and made just 10 appearances overall in his final season at the Bernabeu.
