Significant raid on property in Dublin by national Garda drugs unit
Eight people have been arrested following the seizure of a significant quantity of drugs, believed to be cocaine, during a Garda raid on a property in the Dublin region.Eight people were arrested during the raid on an industrial unit on the Longmile Road, and are being held for questioning across several Garda stations.
A Garda spokesman said a “substantial quantity of drugs” were recovered during the search. “The drugs will be sent for forensic analysis and a valuation is not available currently,” the spokesman said.
