Ireland failed to qualify for next year's European Championships following a home loss to Wales.
Eileen Gleeson will depart her role as Ireland Head Coach following a Board Review, the FAI has confirmed.
Gleeson took over the reins following Vera Pauw's departure, and initially impressed as interim boss, guiding the Girls in Green to League A Nations League promotion. Ireland punched their ticket to a playoff final after comfortably dispatching of Georgia but Gleeson's tenure comes to an end after a bitter defeat against Wales at the Aviva Stadium.
