VIP Publishing is delighted to announce that the eir Power of Women Awards are back.

These awards celebrate the best and brightest female entrepreneurs in Ireland, across the worlds of fashion, technology, beauty, lifestyle, wellness and more! The winners, decided by an expert panel and awarded at an exclusive lunch in Dublin’s Anantara Marker Hotel on November 20th, will be profiled in VIP Magazine.

Suzy Griffin Dunne founded Hildun Beauty in 2022 while on maternity leave, with a clear vision to clear a gap in the market for high performance luxury makeup at a more accessible price point. The brand quickly made its mark with its viral set of Kajal eyeliners, which were compared to Victoria Beckham Beauty’s Satin Kajal Liner. Built around quality, performance and attainable luxury, Hildun Beauty is a homegrown beauty brand making an impact in both Ireland and beyond.

Suzie O’Neill is the founder of Ayu Cosmetics, an Irish vegan and cruelty free beauty brand launched in 2014. A trained makeup artist and educator, O’Neill has built Ayu around natural beauty, sustainability and inclusivity. The brand champions real women and real models in its campaigns with a focus on relatable, aspirational beauty rather than perfection. Ayu continues to combine high performing beauty with a considered, trend-less approach.

Michelle Regazzoli Stone AKA Mrs. Makeup is one of Ireland’s most famous MUAs. After graduating from a Theatrical and Media makeup course at Dun Laoghaire College she went to work for MAC. With many years of experience in the industry she has worked with many famous clients including TOWIE stars Samantha and Billie Faires. Since leaving MAC Michelle has set up her own makeup line called Mrs. Glam with the brand BPerfect.

Sarah Keary is one of Ireland’s leading makeup artists, with more than two decades of experience across bridal, television and fashion, and has worked with some of Ireland’s best known names, including Amy Hiberman, Pippa O’Connor, Vogue Willams and Courtney Smith. Drawing on years of professional experience and research, Keary created the SK Collection, now known as BYSK, featuring prestige makeup brushes, must have makeup sets, lipsticks and eyeliners designed with the needs of both professionals and makeup lovers in mind.

Qualified makeup artist Ciara Malone founded Brushdoc in 2021 to transform the tedious task of cleaning makeup brushes. Her innovative, patent-pending Brushdoc technology cleans brushes in seconds while using minimal water, combining convenience with a more environmentally conscious approach to beauty. Since then, Brushdoc has secured retail presence with some of Ireland’s most iconic stores, including Brown Thomas and Arnotts, before expanding into the UK with Selfridges in 2024.

Friends Jennifer Cullen and Lisa McDermott founded Beauti|Edit with a vision to combine clean beauty with wellbeing, creating products designed to make people feel as good as they look. Their products combine tanning with high-performing skincare ingredients including collagen hydrolysate, hyaluronic acid and aloe vera, while the brand champions inclusivity across age, skin type and skin tone.

Beauty therapist Noelle O’Connor founded TanOrganic with a mission to create a natural and organic self-tan that would be as kind to skin as it is to the planet. She first introduced the brand to a wider audience when she appeared on Dragons’ Den in 2010, bringing her beauty expertise and passion for skin health to the self-tanning category.

TanOrganic has since built its identity around natural ingredients, conscious beauty and the belief that people and the planet should come before margins. Suzanne Cummins created 14 Day Mani after trying to solve a problem she experienced herself: how to achieve salon-quality nails without the appointment, cost or waiting time. Suzanne developed the first DIY gel manicure kit at her kitchen table, selling more than 200 kits on its first night.

Suzanne has since expanded the concept into Blue Steel, a dedicated nail-health brand designed to make nail care simple and accessible for men.
