Gardai are appealing for witnesses to the collision involving a car and a jeep on the N4 at Ardcarne, Boyle in Roscommon on Monday
An elderly man has passed away after fighting for his life in hospital after sustaining serious injuries in a collision in Roscommon on Monday afternoon.
A man, aged in his 70s, was taken to Sligo University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained during the collision.
