The weather this week is set to be a lot calmer
. A yellow warning for thunderstorms had been issued for Northants and the East Midlands that morning by the Met Office.
Winds hit 14pmh and streets in Northampton seemed to be particularly affected by the sudden downpour. The yellow thunderstorm warning ended at 2am this morning, October 23, and many people woke up this morning to waterlogged streets. Fortunately, the rest of the week is set to be a lot calmer, with sunny intervals for the rest of the week and highs of 18C.
