When her stress levels built up over a missed dental appointment and hapless husband Jimmy , Nicola lost her focus. Her car smashed into Moira Dingle's truck on a difficult junction.Cue Nicola's terrifying wait for her daughter to undergo medical treatment. But the sympathies of viewers were not with Nicola as she lashed out at Moira in the aftermath of the accident.Bobby Dazzler @unsworth1live tweeted: "#Emmerdale that’s it Nicola put the blame on anyone other than yourself.
Reviewfix @reviewfix spoke for many, saying: "And now you can see why Nicola is one of my most disliked characters. Even when she’s nice she’s horrible #Emmerdale"
